AI Shayari,Caption,Quote App (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application handles information. This policy is designed to meet Google Play requirements and applies to all users of the app.

1) No Account Required

You can use the app without creating an account. We do not request or require your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information to use the core features.

2) Data We Do Not Collect or Store

• We do not collect or store personal data in our own servers or databases.
• We do not sell or rent any user information to third parties.
• We do not track you across third-party apps or websites.

3) What the App Processes to Function

To generate shayari, kavita, and captions, the app temporarily processes the following:

• Prompts/Text You Enter: The words you type (e.g., themes/keywords) are sent to AI services solely to generate content for you.
• AI-Generated Output: The resulting text is shown to you and not stored by us.
• Your Images (Optional): If you choose to use your own gallery photos in the editor, those files remain on your device. We do not upload them to our servers.

Important: Because prompts are sent to AI providers to generate results, please avoid entering sensitive personal information in your prompts.

4) Third-Party Services

• AI & Cloud Services: The app may use Google services such as Firebase AI Logic / Gemini (and related Google Cloud services) to process your prompts and return generated content. These services receive the text you submit for the sole purpose of generating the requested output. We do not store this data on our servers.
• Design Templates: Some frames/templates used in the editor are sourced from Freepik. Required attribution: “Some design elements in this app are sourced from Freepik (www.freepik.com).”

5) Permissions We Request

• Photos/Media (Gallery Access): Only if you choose to import your own images into the editor. Images remain on your device.
• Internet: Required for AI content generation and fetching templates where applicable.

You can revoke permissions anytime in your device settings. The app’s core AI generation may require an internet connection to function.

6) Children’s Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7) Data Security

We minimize data handling by not storing personal data on our servers. Content you generate is processed transiently to deliver results. We use reasonable technical measures to safeguard any in-transit communications with service providers.

8) Your Choices & Controls

• You may choose not to grant gallery access; you can still use AI text generation.
• You may delete generated content from your device at any time.
• If you later see any analytics/crash options within the app settings, you can opt out where available.

9) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app and/or on the Google Play listing with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
